Fairly fast growing evergreen groundcover raspberry native to the mountains of Taiwan. Yellow/orange berries are ripe in mid summer and taste good. Grows in sun or shade. It's tough and drought tolerant once established. The broad leathery dark green evergreen leaves of Emerald Carpet Raspberry make a good ground cover for weed suppression and soil stabilization. Sometimes called 'Orangeberry'.

POLLINATION/BLOOM TIME: Pretty white single flowers dot the surface in May. Self-fertile.
RECOMMENDED GROWING AND CARE:
Full to 1/4 sun, balanced moisture, reduce grass competition in root zone. Top dress with compost yearly. Prune as needed for spread.
