Bulmers Norman - The standard bittersweet apple in England. Very winter hardy. It is a strong grower and produces greenish yellow fruit. Fireblight resistant.
Yarlington Mill - Medium sized yellow fruit. Dependably productive with a bittersweet juice of fine flavor and aroma. Used to make a single variety cider or blended with other, sharper types. These ripen in October. Zone 4-9.
