Ananasnaya Hardy - Smaller fruits than fuzzy kiwi, hardy kiwis have sweeter, smooth skinned fruits and much earlier ripening. These produce fruit in large clusters of "kiwi berries". Vigorous growth with pretty, fragrant flowers. Sun or shade tolerant. Needs a Male Hardy Kiwi for pollination. Hardy to -25° F.
Chico 74-49 Hardy - Medium sized, green, smooth skinned fruits separate easily from the stem, these ripens about a week earlier than Ananasnaya. Pollinated by Male Hardy Kiwi.
Male (Matua) -
Ken's Red Hardy - Large, smooth, delicious red-skinned fruit with red flesh. These ripen just after Ananasnaya and Chico Female Hardy Kiwis. Needs pollination by a Male Hardy Kiwi (Actinidia arguta).
Male Hardy - Pollinator for female kiwi vines. One is needed per 8 Females. Pollinates Ananasnaya, Chico, Ken’s Red, Natasha, Michigan State, Issai, and all other hardy kiwi varieties.
