A shortened version of our normal Farm tour plus Burnt Ridge Wine and Hard Cider sampling!

10:00am-12:00pm
10:00am: Mini-farm tour led by co-owner Michael Dolan focusing on fruit bearing plants that we use to make wine and hard cider.
10:45am: Choose up to 4 different wines/hard ciders (1/2 oz ea) to sample while nibbling on appetizers and farm fruit. Our vintner, Hanna Volmert will share our Burnt Ridge Winery journey and give you tips on how to make your own wine successfully. Only 21yr+ will be allowed in the wine sampling area.
11:30am: Michael will answer questions about any crops that caught your eye during the tour.
Live potted plants, certified organic produce, preserved foods, wine and hard cider will be available to purchase and take home as the event winds to a close.

Optional Add on: Drive a short distance to scenic Bee Inspired Garden, a nonprofit pollinator sanctuary (482 Burnt Ridge Road) where Kay Crawford will give you a tour of extensive perennial and wildflower gardens and the apiary; featuring three different methods of beekeeping, honey tasting right from the comb and the ability to safely observe the bees at work inside their Slovenian style hives located inside the Bee House.
