A very sweet and richly flavored prune plum suitable for fresh eating, drying and canning. A self-fruitful tree with reddish purple fruit. Sugar Plum is known to be a widely adapted, low chill variety.

RECOMMENDED GROWING AND CARE:
Full to 3/4 sun with balanced moisture. Reduce grass competition in root zone. Top dress with compost yearly. Summer prune for airflow and ease of harvest. Spur bearer with fruit throughout the tree. Late season ripening.
