Large fruited, Sweet Scarlet™ Goumi is an improved selection grown from cuttings. Durable, solid, large bush/small tree has hundreds of hanging, fragrant, soft yellow blossoms in May, then 3/4" gold-speckled red fruits with a small edible pit in early July. Deciduous and leathery dark green leaves with silvery undersides. Fixes nitrogen. Hardy to -25F.
