A cross between Yuzu Ichandrin and Mandarin orange. It makes a super high vitamin C juice. The tart, 2 inch fruit can be harvested green for the highest flavor. The juice and rind are widely used in Japan for its unique fragrance and flavor and as an ingredient in citrus flavored vinegar, miso, soy sauce, soups and soba. Hardy to 0 °F.
