This rootstock creates a hardy full sized standard tree. Semi-dwarf and standard rootstocks are much better anchored & more drought tolerant than dwarf rootstock. They can be kept small for ease of harvest and accommodation into smaller spaces by summer pruning. Antonovka is the seedling of parent trees that produce large, round yellow apples with white flesh.
