This Iowa peach is known for its exceptional hardiness and very good flavor. It is a white fleshed freestone with white skin, blushed red. Small to medium sized fruit is juicy and aromatic. Polly White Peach is midseason ripening. Zone 5-9.

Summer prune for airflow and ease of harvest. Spur bearer. Peaches need regular pruning to thin excessive twiggy growth. Only prune during dry weather to decrease potential disease introduction to newly-exposed wood. Mid-season ripening.
